YXFA24 Weight Separator

Application

YXFA24 weight separator is used to remove most impurities and foreign objects in fiber bundles. When the cotton bundle passes through the bridge-magnet, iron impurities are removed at the same time.

The YXFA24 weight separator works in the fiber flow. It consists of adjustable dust rods installed in a circular arc-shaped channel. When the airflow as the carrier of the fiber bundle contacts the dust rod, the impurities are released from the fiber bundle due to the separation effect, and the separated fibers are transported to the next process through the suction duct.

Power free trash removing, the angle of the dust rod can be adjusted flexibly.

The cotton transporting fan and bridge-magnet are directly installed on the machine, saving brackets and floor space.

This machine can be equipped with continuous suction system, and impurities do not need to be cleaned manually, and are directly removed through the vacuuming pipe.
